Shabbat Blessings to you!

If you have children in your home, we encourage you to have a time of family sharing about the simple, yet life-changing ways of our forefathers. Abba said of Abraham, “I’ve made myself known to him in order that he may encourage his sons and his household that is born after him to keep the way of the LORD, and to do what is right and just…” (Gen 18:19).

We need to encourage our children in the faith in a way that they can readily understand. Sometimes, we can let our faith get too complicated and get weighed down with details. We think it is good for adults to have to reduce the things they know to something a child can understand. We can do this by telling our children a simple Bible story and asking them what they think of it. (That way, there is no right or wrong answer.) We can also pray a blessing over them. It doesn’t have to be complicated or done in a particular way, but it does need to be done in sincerity. So, lay hands on your children and speak a few encouraging words to them about the good things that you see in them.

Can you imagine how such simple things would have changed each one of us?

People desperately need to hear kind words, especially children as they seek their way in the world, so this Shabbat, speak a blessing over your family members. If your children are grown and gone, call them and/or your grandchildren and speak a blessing over them. Remember, the point is to encourage your family in their faith.

May you be blessed with wisdom as you seek to bless others.

We will soon be posting a new Herald Newsletter that will feature three important articles: “We Declare,” plus “Our Hope,” and “Lifestyle Suggestions.” It will also feature our new Olive Tree Graphic that depicts the Olive Tree with both branches, both houses, Ephraim and Judah, and it shows Messiah Yeshua to be its Root. It is deep theology in a drawing. If you have ever wanted a brief handout that describes our faith, this is the Herald Issue for you. (Hard copies are mailed every month to ARI Supporters.) We have two awesome praise reports!

Dan Calderon’s health continues to improve and they are working to make our Labor Day Gathering a success! However, Dan and Sylvia still need our help so please continue to remember them in your giving. See our drop down Support menu:

We also received great news from Jacquie Himango!

She was diagnosed with bone cancer, but after further testing, no cancer cells were found in her bone marrow! Hallelujah!

But, Jacquie too, still needs prayer. She writes, “I really appreciate all those prayers that you have prayed for me! I truly believe that Yahweh is my Healer and that with Him and through Him, all things are possible! Please continue to pray that the MGUS will not progress any further toward cancer. I am in the process of changing my life style… eating a lot of fresh fruits and veggies, doing more exercise, avoiding processed foods and refined sugar. But even though I will do all the things in the natural/physical realm that I can to combat the onset of cancer, I believe with my whole heart that Yahweh has my life in His Hands. I put my trust in Him….Again, thank you to everyone who has prayed for me! I truly appreciate everyone of you and the love and concern that you have all expressed to me. I am blessed to have so many loving friends!”

We are really embarrassed! We had hoped to have the book, Israel’s Feasts and their Fullness available on Amazon’s Kindle last week after previous delays, but alas, we have even more problems and it still is not ready! Please pray that we can have the book ready next week, and that it will be the first of many of our books to be offered in this venue.

We are asking only one, complicated question in our Poll/Survey this week. It has to do with the upcoming format for our ARI Gathering, Round Table Discussion. Even if you cannot attend the Meeting, we want to know what you think is the most important matter for us to discuss. We are simply going to ask one question and let you answer in your own words: The question is: “Will you be able to attend the upcoming Labor Day ARI Gathering Round Table, and, what congregational issues, what subjects, would you most like to have the people address?”

Our ALLIANCE of REDEEMED ISRAEL acronym is ARI, the Hebrew word for Lion; which comes from arah, which means to gather. And, we hope you will join us for our upcoming Labor Day ARI Gathering in Orlando. We plan to offer a special “walk through the Tabernacle” led by ARI Shepherd, Dr. John Conrad. Please plan on joining us for an inspiring experience:

Blessings to you as you celebrate the Feasts!
May your Shabbat be a blessed one!
